I am writing to thank you for saving us from making a big mistake. We thought we wanted Duette Shades for our bedrooms, Silhouette and Luminette for other areas. When we spoke to Abagail she asked us to call any dry cleaner of our choice and ask if they would clean these products. We called three dry cleaners and all said "No"; that these products are uncleanable. One dry cleaner said he had tried to clean a Silhouette and that it had come apart, and he had to pay for it, so he would never try cleaning these ever again.
